[support] How to insert links to other pages on the same site?

The ``non-technical'' user would need to be smart enough to be trained 
on an alternative.  Why couldn't the ``non-technical'' user be trained 
on the <a> tag format?  The ``non-technical'' can be trained on the 
``technical'' things like the proper form of a link entry in the 
content.
