It's not something you need to _do_. I was just saying that expand on hover 
(not click) is the default behaviour.

Jquery comes with Drupal so you don't need to install it. It's hard to guess 
at why it might not be working. If you have a link so we can see it, that 
would help. I'm leaving soon, though, so either someone else will have to 
answer or it will have to wait until I get back later today.
