[support] Hide titles on Panels Blocks

I just use CSS to disappear it with the aid of the Firefox web  
developer plugin. You can get the class and id information of any  
element on the page with that plugin. All blocks have class  
information specific to their number (so it would be something like  
"block-block-8). once you have that information all you need to do is  
add it to style.css with a "display:none" and, voila! it's gone.
