[support] Still can't figure out my menu problem

You can't do it that way. It has to have a path to a page or node of some 
type.

Maybe you can look into Nice Menus (http://drupal.org/project/nice_menus), 
though it won't change the functionality of the menus, only the look and 
feel, so you don't have to do a page refresh.
