[support] Simplenews: additional fields

Gwen,
The client wants address details also optionally gathered so that mail or
telephone contact is also possible if the person agrees.
I have documented my research and solution now at:
http://drupalproject.iofc.org/node/172 in case it helps anyone else.

  A little question ... If subscribers are not users, where/how you
want to use this additional fields ?
