[support] Simplenews/Cron problem

Can anyone kindly help me? On one of my sites, when I send a newsletter
using the Simplenews module, the newsletter list shows 'Currently sending by
cron' next to it, and I can't seem to get it to send even by running Cron
manually. However, some subscribers seem to have received it anyway! Any
suggestions why this might be? It does not happen on my other sites which
sit on the same server and seem configured the same way.
