I forgot to mention:
Please revert php.ini back once the database population is complete.
The time also depends on whether the database and webserver are on the same machine or not.

Can u plz tell the for this much records ..how much execution_time , i have to set into the php.ini ....
presently i set as 3600 as execution time...
