[support] Can't get clean URLs working on OSX/Leopard

OK, I've figured out what was wrong.  I installed drupal under ~/ 
Sites.  That meant I needed to go into .htaccess, uncomment  the  
RewriteBase directive and change it to:

   RewriteBase /~roy/drupal

Now it all works fine.
