[support] one admin page not working for subdomains

Have you enabled the module on both sites? i.e. example.com/admin/ 
build/modules and foo.example.com/admin/build/modules ?

If each site is a separate database, or prefixed database, then you  
basically need to consider it as two completely separated sites.
