[support] Relative url and drupal CSS/Link

Hi all, I have a directory /shop that use a 3rd part software. I need to 
create a gateway for do some actions and one of the problem is for the 
function theme(): all the link in the html output are locale to the 
/shop directory (so: /shop/css/, /shop/user/) and not to the / directory 
(/css, /user....). How can I correct this ?
