[support] how to change a content type format

Thanks for that Victor, I see where it is specified now. I deleted 
the scale and crop action and created a scale action only specifying 
the width since that is the client's requirement. Cleared the cache, 
reloaded (twice) and looks good.

Who said Drupal was hard to learn. :-P
