[support] WYSIWYG problem with image upload

Yes I have fckeditor in the sites/all/libraries. It is enabled and the icons
are showing for it.

Any ideas where to look from here?

Have you enabled the wysiwyg module and installed an editor such as
tinyMCE in /public_html/sites/all/
libraries/ ?
