Yup i can write a module to achieve this, my concern is not to waste
time on reinventing the wheel. I would like to clarify few things here
1. Is it worth enough to contribute this module to drupal community ?
2. I am writing this module for an organization in USA, do i need to
get their permission before sharing the code ?
3. If the organization is not willing to share the code, it means they
are violating drupal GPL constrain isn't it (i'm not sure about
licensing) ?

Please enlighten me on this.
