[support] slight problem with encoding

getting parse error. Parse error: parse error, expecting `')'' in 
C:\xampp\htdocs...

can't see any missing brackets. Only changed this line:

$items[] = l($term->name, "personnel-search", array('fragment' => 
type=$term->tid)) . " ($count)";
