Following the instructions for upgrade to 6.16 drupal now will not start. 127.0.0.1/dir1/upgrade.php produces a blank as does install.php for a new installation. Alternatively 127.0.0.1/dir2/ which still uses d6.15 starts well and is accessible. I'm stuck Help appreciated Roger
