[support] How to backup and restore drupal site

Just Take a back up of the folder which You have that drupal files and take db backup by using PHP MYADMIN or MYSQL ADMINISTRATOR..

I develop one drupal site in my system, it is running in my localhost. I have to take backup of the site and will run on another system. How to do that?
