[support] D5 slow when write on DB.

Hi all. I have a problem with a D5 site.
All write operation on DB are slow. But really slow.
I had thinked that the problem was my DB so I have moved it to a cluster 
db server (thanks to unbit.it), but without changes.

How can I found which is the operation that slowing down all ?
I have disabled all modules like ping, autoping, devel, workflow.
