You can use the private modul http://drupal.org/project/private
You just have to give as Author the name of your user

there some module for limit the access to a content type bye users, 
don't for roles?

ex.

user1
user50
user30

can do anything with the content type "my_own_type"

the others user can do nothing with this content type, not even view the 
posts!
