[support] Access Permission problem

Hi,
I am  using Drupal 6 when I relogin after restarting the server
Some of the module behaviors have suddenly changed like


1.       onClick of configure link on any block I am redirected to the same page

 Like when I click on  :   ?q=admin/build/block/configure/block/3

 I am redirected to :  ?q=admin/build/block


2.       onClick of Administrator >> site building >> views I get a page with views  data

but all the tabs on top of it are missing like add/edit etc



My login in the administrator login

1.       I have checked Administrator >> user Management >> Permissions there is no

        Change in that every permission seems to be their(though I am admin)

2.       Browser caching is also not their
