[support] "/admin/build/block": vary the URL of the "Home" link depending on the current page URL

*You want to alter the path of the "Home" link depending on the existing
page?
*Yes*

What determines how this will change?
*The URL of the current page will determine the contents of the "Home"
link.  Right now the "Home" link is hard coded within the block to go the
main page (i.e. https://domainname), but sometimes depending on the url of
the current page I would like the "Home" link to go to it's associated
storefront page (i.e. https://domainname/michigan/oceana-county).
