[support] Web Application Theme

Hi,

I am trying to create a site for a web application and finding it quite difficult to find a good  aesthetically pleasing theme.
Something quite shiny with rounded buttons.

I also need a lot of regions to put my blocks and content. It would be nice if it could be recoloured.
It would be great if it can be customised with different styles, fonts etc.

Any ideas of a theme/module to suit my requirements?
