[support] Drupal 7 or Downgrade to 6.?

Jorge, I will answer your question the way I always do: To "have D7 working
properly," install what you need and no more. While there are lists of what
others think are necessary, the answer for you is really individual. Of all the
modules - and suggested lists - the only contributed module that I have used
universally is Pathauto (well, before D7, that meant Tokens too). Yes, I even
have a simple site that doesn't even use Views or CCK.

As for Fantastico, I strongly recommend against using it. You said you know how
to install manually, so do. You will not be able to upgrade Drupal with
Fantastico - I know from painful experience.

Hello Ryan

Thanks a lot for the comment.
That's something I am looking to learn also. To have D7 working properly, what
modules are recommended to use. NOt for menus only but also for other
activities.

Thanks for your help and time.
