[support] IE browser problem

there's also another solution if no css's being loaded in page, sometimes
enabling this will do the trick in IE:
admin/settings/performance ==> Optimize CSS files

This loads only the needed CSS files in each page
I had the exact same problem couple of weeks ago in IE.
