[support] Drupal 6.2 Newbie Question

Good day, I would like to prevent  anyone from creating an account  on my site.  

I see that I can hide the login/password options, from the left bar, but they are still accessible   if someone enters:  Blog.company.com/?q=user

 

Is there a way to prevent anyone to create an account?
