[support] Blog module.

My theme is Garland. I enabled the Blog Module and created a sample blog
post. I notice that I do not have any button, link or other means of
accessing blog content. I read that a link should be added to Garland
theme when Blog Module is activated but I do not see one. I would like
only Admin to be able to write a blog for all other users to read. How
can something like this be accomplished? I'm on Drupal 7.
