1. Check the mail headers you receive that are marked as spam They may  
give you a clue.

E.g.

2. Make sure reverse DNS is set correctly.

3. Check that your SMTP server isn't RBL blacklisted: http://www.mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx
