This is getting very interesting. Thanks for the screen shot.
My Drupal 7:

Drupal 7.0, 2011-01-05) 
does not have that option in the >Configuration >Content authoring >Text
formats >Enabled Filters

 I have only 
-Limit allowed tags
-Display HTML as plain text
-Convert line breaks, etc
-Convert URLs, etc
-Correct faulty and chopped off HTML
The last 3 are checked.

What modules have you installed that provide the option and which
version of Drupal 7 are you using please.
