[support] Help with moved site.. Access denied.

I am able to run a test.php script with phpinfo(); in it which executes
perfectly and I put in a test script to check the database creditable were
working..

Access to /user doesn't work either.. :(

The odd thing is that there are no error logs anywhere to suggest what may
be the issue.. I am sure it will be something simple but these things are
always the hardest to find..
