[support] Saving Settings -- 403

When attempting to save the settings (admin/settings/site-information) I get
a "Page Not Found" error.

The log basically gives this:
Details
Type    page not found
Location    http://www.../admin/settings/site-information
Referrer    http://www.../admin/settings/site-information
Message    403.shtml
Severity    warning


This is a multisite setup, and it's on a shared host which recently changed
the server to improve performance.  My best guess is that mod_security
settings changed during the move from one environment to the other, but I'll
have to open a ticket with the host.  Any other ideas before I go down that
path?
