[support] Comment permissions per role per content type

Ot seems that people are missing that you said "COMMENT" permissions. No, I 
don't know of a way to do that (there may be a module of which I am not aware 
though). I can't imagine that writing such a module would be super-difficult. 
The hardest part would be the settings page.

I'm looking for a way to set comment permissions per content type AND per role. 
E.g. role x can access comments on content type a, role y can access comments on 
cotent type b.
