[support] Drupal 7, Slideshow Creator module

I just installed Slideshow Creator for my Drupal 7 site. There were/are no
errors and the slideshow appears but the images don't show up, even with
the example code from the module's documentatio (below).
Any suggestions for how to roubleshoot?
