[support] Aegir - Really as good as is sounds?

Hi,

I have been looking at Aegir as a way to manage multiple Drupal sites and a
easy method of managing upgrades being able to "roll" sites to newer
"platforms".. From reading the site it sounds perfect but thats the "sales
pitch"..

How many people use it and are there any issues to watch out for with it?
