[support] Location to limit new accounts?

Neither are ported to 7.x, but you can take a look at the code for http://drupal.org/project/geouser and http://drupal.org/project/register_country

Be aware that IP addresses are not super specific. Mine, for example, places me 20 miles away on the other side of the city.
