[support] Strange characters in source of block

Yes am admin. Have disabled wysiwyg. Have disabled CKEditor. Have even
tried to set the filter to Display Suite Code, plus all the other filters.
Have disabled pathlogic.
Something is still inserting the backslashes  before quotation marks. Could
I have chosen some option somewhere that would do this?  Crazy.
