[support] Huge problem

Hi all
I'm using Drupal 7 and changed from Mayo which worked well but did not 
allow for a large header image, to Danland theme which does use a large 
header image system.
The site looks great in firefox, chrome, chromium, epiphany, apple 
(whatever) on Ubuntu and Fedora
Problem is the sidebars disappear in windows xp  explorer and It's got 
me stumped.
What should I be looking for to get the sidebars displaying.
