[support] Contact form

Dear All,
I enabled the core contact module in D7 but can not find anyway to
configure the form. I don't even see it. According to this page
http://drupal.org/node/124129#comment-6417354 after I set up some
cagtegories I need to find the settings tab but I don't. I have rebooted ,
restarted the localhost etc etc but still no luck. What am I missing?
