[support] Need help with Rules and Commerce

I have a Drupal 7 site that has Commerce installed and something isn't functioning properly. Orders are processed by anonymous user accounts are not created and thus not associated with an order, which is a membership to the site. If there is anyone that can assist in troubleshooting and resolving the issue, please email: info at fourpointsconsulting.co
Please include your name, email, phone, company website and availability to do this quickly as well as an hourly rate and if possible, estimated time to fix. I understand if you need to see the site before providing an estimate but figured for those of you that know your stuff, maybe you can give an estimate upfront! If not, no big deal.
