[support] Image field should accept any size image file and Covert it to 2MB.

I have many content types in project(13) and each content type has got a
7-8 image fields.Till now I was not restricting the max upload size from
widget settings .It used to take from php settings only and throw error if
uploaded file size is  exceeding the max upload size. Now I need to allow
any size file  to be get uploaded and while saving on server It should get
saved with reduce in file size to 2MB without loss in quality of resolution
of Image . Could you please suggest me any such available for doing so.
