[support] Blocks from menu

I have a number of views blocks.
Each has Views Bulk Operations for approval of the content.
All are displaying on one approvals page.
I would like to be able to select one block at a time from a menu in 
Sidebar First and display only that selection on the page.
  It's got me stumped at the moment how to get menu to display blocks.
Can anyone help please
