[support] hosting of Drupal 7 sites

I moved from a really old GoDaddy site to a new server, and my drupal 
sites slowed down. I hear there is more throttling on the newer sites.

I've been really happy with Rackspace Cloud sites. Lots of storage, and 
the uptime on one commercial site I have is at almost 300 days.
