[support] Adding taxonomy term programmaticaly, with neutral language

Hello,

I'm adding terms in a vocabulary programmaticaly, with the taxonomy_term_save function.
How can I set the language of the term when I add it ?
Is there a way to precise that it's a "language neutral" term ?
