Check out the last few entries in my "Navigation menu":

(1) I don't know how I got two extra "Add Content" entries, nor how to
remove those two ...

(2) How can I get rid of the first (disabled) "Add Content"?  I don't
really want any "Add Content" entries in the "Nav menu" (I've created a
"shortcut" in "admin mode" to add content).
