[support] Theming problem with NiceMenus

Folks:
I've got a light-colored line above my drop down main menus using NiceMenus. I've tried changing the colors of the page, and all of the regions that could be behind the menu, but it seems that NiceMenus. I've tried setting the top property of the nice menus css to -1px, but it doesn't change the situation.
