[support] Error loading meta tag data, do the /update.php">database updates need to be ran?

Sanjay,

Try running http:YourApacheServerNameHere/update.php

If you have errors try going to htdocs (this is Apache's document dir)  
and chmod +x *.php. This will open up the permission mask and allow  
you to execute the update.php script.
