If the modules are disabled, they are not in use. If you want to 
uninstall disabled modules, go to the Uninstall tab. Sometimes the 
Uninstaller doesn'tremove the files from your server, so if you're sure 
you don't want to enable them at some point, you have to remove the 
files from the server.
