[support] php strtotime syntax??

Hi,

I am trying to crate a rule that has a condition so it will only work
between the last Sunday of March and the last Sunday or November to
coincide with British Summer Time (BST)..

I have tried things like "march last sunday", "april last sunday" etc. but
can't seem to get the last Sunday of the March..

Anyone have any ideas?
