[support] Clean URL fix if you are failing the test

Simple test - put some random characters at the top of your .htaccess 
file and save it and try to access your site. If you get a server error, 
then Apache is reading .htaccess. If not, then Apache isn't even parsing 
.htaccess. Just don't forget to remove your jumbled characters after the 
test.
