Nope. And in a previous thread we explained what needs to be achieved to get 
it done. 

Drupal is not WP. Nor can it be considered. Drupal is complex, both technical 
and social, wich means its a bit harder to get something like a WP alike 
theme chooser on drupal.org done :)
