For the img tag you can email the infrastructure group (someone has
taken care of this already, apparently).

For the tar.gz, check the FAQ.txt in the base of the contributions repository

Someone recently added to the FAQ about how the downloads are created:
http://cvs.drupal.org/viewcvs/drupal/contributions/FAQ.txt?r1=1.2&r2=1.3

It looks like yours is created, though you may want to give it a
DRUPAL-4-7 branch so that you get a 4.7 download.  You can find
instructions for doing that...in the FAQ :)
