[themes] Dreamweaver CS3 Extension for Drupal Themeing

Peter,

I had inquired about something in the discussion forums similar several
years back and the idea wasn't well received. I'm still running Dreamweaver
MX, but I believe an MX extension would work on CS3. If I'm right, then I'd
be willing to work with you to put one together.
